Zurzeit konzentriert sie sich haupts\u00e4chlich auf Malerei und Installationsmedien und schafft nebenbei spezifische Situationen. Zu Beginn ihrer k\u00fcnstlerischen Praxis arbeitet sie haupts\u00e4chlich mit dem Medium Video. In ihren Arbeiten verwendet sie die Found-Footage-Technik, indem sie auf GIFs aus dem Internet zur\u00fcckgreift. Jeder Film zeichnet sich durch eine untypische Stimmung aus, die durch den Einsatz von dynamischem Schnitt erzeugt wird, der wiederum mit einer nostalgischen Farbpalette und melancholischer Musik kombiniert wird. Auch der Kontext dieser Filme ist wichtig &#8211; die von Martyna verwendeten fotografischen Platten haben einen universellen Charakter, was ein gemeinsames Verst\u00e4ndnis gew\u00e4hrleistet. Sie spielt mit Elementen der popkulturellen Ikonographie. Auf diese Weise werden ihre Werke auf verschiedenen Ebenen entschl\u00fcsselt und offen f\u00fcr Interpretationen, die auf den individuellen Erfahrungen der Betrachter basieren. Gegenw\u00e4rtig hat sie ihre Videoerfahrung auf ein anderes Medium \u00fcbertragen und neue Arbeitsweisen entwickelt.
