Shahad Al Hamdi, also known as Shahad the Artist, is a multidisciplinary visual artist based in Sultanate of Oman. She works with a variety of materials and mediums to convey messages and emotions to the viewers. To her art is more than what the eye perceives; it’s the soul of the artist speaking to the universe. It’s the accumulation of thoughts and sensations translated into a piece that evokes feelings. Shahad the Artist grew up in various environments leading her to absorb inspirations from an abundant of resources whether it’s from her past, present or future. Viewing the world from a different lens, her art allows her to open a portal and share the world from her perspective.
