On Tuesday, June 9, Sasha Dees, independent Dutch producer, curator, and writer, will give a talk and be part of a moderated conversation with Anna-Louise Rolland. Adding on to the ongoing LIA conversations about colonialism, Sasha Dees will provide new perspectives speaking about the publication Entangled Species, Conversations on Contemporary Art in the Caribbean, a result of a fifteen-month research project Dees did in 16 countries in the Caribbean, including Surinam and will continue our discussion from January with Dutch author Raoul de Jong (Jaguarman).
