Orawan Arunraks Arbeiten sind größtenteils durch ihr alltägliches Leben inspiriert. Mit Werkzeugen wie Bleistift, Kugelschreiber, Papier, aber auch Fotografie und Internet schafft sie Arbeiten, die die Formen von Zeichnung, Malerei und Installation annehmen. Ihre Praxis zielt darauf ab, in einen Dialog mit den Bewohnern des Ortes zu treten, um den Raum von Kunst und Nicht-Kunst zu verschmelzen. Arunraks Arbeiten überschreiten immer wieder nationale, kulturelle und spirituelle Grenzen und untersuchen Ähnlichkeit und Unterschiedlichkeit innerhalb und zwischen verschiedenen Orten in Asien und Europa, wo sie in den letzten Jahren gelebt hat, und basierend auf den Beziehungen, die sie zu diesen Orten hat.
